Our Parish is a vibrant, faith-filled community, made up of many people, living and working together - people from diverse backgrounds, from other parts of this country and from foreign countries. Together, we share our love of God - and are strengthened by that love to go out and live our lives according to the Gospel.
Paul II said, "The Parish is not principally a structure, a territory or a building, but rather, the family of God, a fellowship afire with a unifying spirit, a familiar and welcoming home, and a community of the faithful."
The Church of St Francis of Assisi has helped to bring Jesus Christ to the city of Rochester since 1937.
