“Let us come before him with a song of praise,” wrote King David, “joyfully sing out our psalms.”

Music and song are ancient Catholic traditions at Mass and are beautiful forms of prayer to be shared as a faith community - the musicians, the choir and the assembly joining together -  the musicians provides the musical background, the choir and cantors leading in song, and the assembly fully participating.  All together singing joyous hymns of praise, prayer and thanksgiving.

The Music Ministry at the Church of St. Francis of Assisi provides the liturgical music including musicians and cantors for all liturgies. Our choir and musicians do a wonderful service both to God and to our congregation in helping make our Masses beautiful.

Using your musical gifts is a wonderful way to contribute to building up your Church, to give back to God what He has given abundantly to you.  All are welcome to join in providing the music of our Catholic faith – an integral part of our prayers and a lasting expression of our faith.
